use of colon punctuation

Ultimate Colon Cleanse with Probiotics (1 Pack) [30 Day Eval - Pay NOTHING Now!]

Will you help me with punctuation use in this small concluding paragraph?

Whether it’s the constant noise, poor appearance, or sheer inconvenience these neighbors bring{,} it is all a nuisance and very disrespectful for the rest of the community. The only way to avoid such problems with the people living next door is to eliminate them completely. Since violence is not tolerated in our society, this leaves only one option{:} isolation. Moving to a tiny town with houses very distant from each other will solve all intolerable neighbor problems forever.

I put the unsure punctuation marks in “{ }”. Do I use a colon? Semi colon? Comma?
Any other advise/tips are much appreciated

First one a comma since the start of the sentence is not a stand alone sentence. The second one should be a dash.

For advice, I’d add the word “that” before “these neighbours” because.

Also, in the last sentence, I’d use “would solve” instead of “will solve”. Also, I’d consider “would forever solve” rather than “would solve …. forever”
